Every wednesday,My class goes down to the library.I love reading so much. I read every night .But then my eyes start to hurt. At the library I made a recipe book .I love baking and cooking.I read a book it is called totaly jacqueline wilson .jacqueline’s favourite cake is biscuit cake and this is how you make it.
300g rich tea biscuit.
250g unsalted butter
100g cocoa powder
3-4 tsp double cream
Method:
Break biscuits
Line the cake tin with foil.
Sieve the icing sugar and the cocoa powder and mix together then set aside.
Put the saucepan of hot water . cut the butter and place on top with hot water.
Using the wooden spoon and beat in the cream.scrap chocolate into the tin and pop into fridge overnight or 4 hours.

100g butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup cocoa
Icing sugar
In a medium size bowl melt the butter
On high for 1 minute on high
Sir in the eggs sugar and vanilla.
Beat the mixture in.
Stir in the flour,baking powder and the cocoa.use a sieve .
Spread in the mixture.microwave on high for 5-7 minutes.
Let the cake cool in the the dish.
